Is it just me or are the positions of these characters painfully symbolic? 
Jack is still not part of the group. He is near them, sharing in the moment, but not part of them. He is separate. Even with the moment he just shared with Bunnymund, the moment he has now shared with each of them, he does not feel comfortable joining them. He is apart.
And that just hurts my heart.
